Senior Housing

Elementary Schools

Throughout the school year, Bobbe & Co. has active projects in both public and private institutions. Our staff is proficient in working with other trades and school administrators to complete any size project. Typical projects include boiler room re-paints, painting lockers by electrostatic finish, epoxy floors, plaster patching, and Auditorium, Classroom, & Corridor renovations. When it comes to any school project, Bobbe & Co. is the lone contractor of choice!

Universities

Given the large student bodies and constant usage of facilities, area universities require constant repair & updating. Bobbe & Co. has completed full dorm re-paints to lecture hall renovations that required 100% skim-coat of existing surfaces. We have restored ornate moldings, painted coffered ceilings, and applied fabric wall coverings in Alumni banquet rooms. Bobbe & Co. is ready for the opportunity to improve your facility.

Churches

Work in churches and chapels allow our union tradesmen to use all of the time-honored skills & finishes of their trade. Bobbe & Co. welcomes the challenge of a faux finish, gold leafing, or painting of vaulted ceilings. This type of work requires not only the best craftsman but expertise in scaffolding and safety. Bobbe & Co. is qualified to execute any church project, interior or exterior.

Industrial

Bobbe & Co. has been painting Chicago Manufacturing, Food Service, and Industrial locations since the 1800’s. We are the experts at coordinating, preparing (sand blasting, power-washing, degreasing, etc.) spraying, and tearing down so normal business operations are up & running on schedule. We have been recognized for our exceptional service on large-scale Distribution Warehouses.

Residential

Bobbe & Co. has been painting some of the most elaborate homes in the Chicagoland area for well over 100 years. We will tackle single day projects to full restoration or re-paint projects. From Potter Palmer’s house in 1893 to the home of Marshall Field V in 2005, residential painting and Bobbe & Co. are synonymous.

"In August of 2005, Wal-Mart Stores engaged CenterPoint Properties to construct two warehouse/distribution facilities totaling 3.4M SF at our CenterPoint Intermodal Center in Elwood, IL. Not only was this the largest industrial build-to-suit transaction in Chicagoland history, we would have to guarantee completion of these facilities in just 10 months. The only way we make that kind of guarantee is by working with outstanding sub-contractors that we know will get the job done on schedule. As expected, Bobbe & Company finished both buildings on time, and the end product was excellent. Once again, CenterPoint was proud to have Bobbe and Company on our team."
